Protecting Access. Advancing Science. Changing Lives.

For more than 35 years, the Road Back Foundation has been dedicated to ensuring that patients have access to reliable information about Antibiotic Protocol (AP) therapy for rheumatic disease. We believe every patient deserves the opportunity to learn about all evidence-informed treatment options and to work with their healthcare provider to determine what is right for them.

Unlike many nonprofit organizations, the Road Back Foundation is funded entirely through the generosity of individual donors—most of whom are patients or family members whose lives have been transformed by Antibiotic Protocol. We receive no pharmaceutical funding and no large institutional grants.

Your support allows us to educate patients, maintain physician referral resources, preserve decades of clinical knowledge, share patient recovery stories, advocate for greater scientific investigation, and work toward broader awareness and acceptance of Antibiotic Protocol within the medical community.

Keeping Antibiotic Protocol accessible to patients who choose it while advancing the scientific evidence and clinical acceptance of this treatment is our mission.

Today, there is no other nonprofit organization solely dedicated to this work. Every resource we provide, every patient we help, and every advocacy initiative we pursue is made possible by people who believe future patients deserve the same opportunity to explore a treatment that has changed so many lives.

If Antibiotic Protocol has made a difference in your life or the life of someone you love, we invite you to help ensure that this work continues.

Together, we can protect access, advance science, and change lives—for today’s patients and for generations to come.
